摘　　要：记述采自河南省华扇虫忽属1新种:河南华扇虫忽Sinocnemishenanese,sp.nov.。模式标本保存于河南省科学院。The paper reports a new species of the genus Sinocnemis Wilson et Zhou. Type specimens are preserved in the Henan Academy of Science, China. Sinocnemis henanese, sp. nov. (Figs. 1～9) Measurements (mm): Abd. ～app. ♂35 mm～38 mm, ♀32 mm～34 mm. Hindwing ♂28 mm～32 mm, ♀30 mm～32.5 mm. This species is similar to Sinocnemis yangbingi Wilson et Zhou, but differs from the latter as follows: 1) Pronotum of male and female with two yellowish round spots; 2) no small stripe at the upper posterior corner of the mesepimeron of synthoax; 3) lateral margin of abdominal segments 3～4 with long yellowish stripe; 4) terminal margin of distal segment of penis with a apophysis. Holotype: ♂, Mt. Baiyun, Song County, Henan Province, 06 Ⅷ 1996, coll. WANG Zhi guo. Paratypes: 1♀, Jiyuan County, Henan Province, 17 Ⅴ 1987, coll. XIAO Jian guang; 2♂♂1♀ Lushan County, Henan Province, 22 Ⅵ 1990, coll. WANG Zhi guo.
