胸腰椎脊柱骨折侧前方减压术25例分析

摘　　要：目的与方法:探讨25例胸腰椎脊柱骨折患者行侧前方椎管减压的手术效果。结果:胸腰椎脊柱骨折侧前方减压术的疗效优于后路减压。结论:本术式对胸腰椎脊柱骨折合并截瘫疗效满意。Objective: Probe into the surgical effects from 25 cases of theoracic and lumbar spine fractured sufferer who did the operation of decompression in their side-frontage vertebra . Results: This method excelled decompression back vertebra in curative effect. Conclusion: This surgical method will benefit to the sufferer who is in subsequent corporative paraplegia of fractured thoracic and lumbar, meanwhile, it is vital for patient' s recovery as well.
