摘 要:从最基本的流体力学及传热公式出发,结合代铂拉丝电熔炉的实际情况,建立了二维数学模型.以经验公式和实验数据相结合的方式,确定了物性参数;同时在切合生产实际的条件下制定了玻璃液的温度、速度和电位边界.计算结果与实测结果取得较好的一致.对指导代铂炉的设计和对数学模拟方法在玻璃窑炉上的应用具有很大意义.A Two—dimensional mathematical model has been set up to stimulate an electric—hcated partial-platimum bushing furnace for drawing glass fiber based on the basic mathematical equations of heat transfer and fluid machanics in combination with the working conditions of the furnace. The calculation of the physical properties of glass m(?)lt at high temperatures are based on some empirical (?)quations and experimental data, and the boundary conditions of temperature, velocity and electric potential are defined depending on the operational state of the furnace. The calculation results obtained agree reasonably well with the experimental results. Therefore this study is considered significant to the design of the partial-platimum bushing furnace and also makes a contribution to the application and development of mathematical modelling for the glass furnaces.
