摘　　要：简要介绍了高校内部 MIS的现状 ;指出异构数据库是客观存在的历史问题 ,认为如何实现异构数据库之间的透明访问是信息交换和系统集成的关键 ;总结了异构数据库互操作的常用方法以及它们的工作原理 ,并提出了一种基于The paper simply introduces the present condition of the internal MIS in colleges,and points out the heterogeneous databases is the historical problem of the objective esse.How to realize the transparent access is the key for information exchange and system integration.It also sums up the common methods of mutual access of heterogeneous databases and their principle,and brings up a solution based on XML.
