临沂市农地整理的模式研究

摘　　要：通过对临沂市农地利用现状的分析,指出耕地后备资源匮乏,同时农地的无效占用和闲置现象并存,总结出农地整理的模式,并提出资金落实、加强规划管理和政府组织是实现农地整理的关键.Analyzing the current situation of the rural land use in Linyi, the paper not only illustrates the lach of the researve cultivated land, but points out that the invalid occupation of the land and idle land still exist. Then it takes out 4 models of the rural land arrangement, and gives the key measure, including: implying financial support, strengthen planning administration and exerting the main influence of government.
