摘　　要：分析了基区宽度调制对晶体三极管共射输入、输出特性的影响,并明确了该影响与等效参数之间的直接关系.In this article the effect that the base width modulation has on the input and output charactersitic of transictor commonemitter circuit is analyzed deeplyThe relation between the above effect and transistor equivalent parameter is also explained clearly in this article
