摘 要:提出一种评定矿渣水硬活性的新方法——反应率法。实验证明,该法能够方便、准确、客观地评定矿渣的水硬活性。与化学分析法相比,该法不会因形成矿渣的热历史不同而产生偏差;与强度试验法相比,该法避免了因强度试验条件不同而造成的试验结果的不可比性;与结构分析法相比,该法更为方便、直接,不仅能反映矿渣的内部结构特征,而且能反映同一种矿渣因其颗粒度或其比表面积的差异所造成的活性的差异。A new method for the evaluation of hydraulic activity of slag—the Reactivity Method is proposed in this paper through reviewing previous research work. The experimental results have proved that the method can be used to estimate the hydraulic activicy of slags conveniently, more precisely and objectively. Comparing with the Chemical Analysis Method, the accuracy of the results obtained by this method will not be influenced by the difference induced by heat treatment and formation of slags. In contrast to the Strength Test, which has been standardised, can successfully avoid the influences of some other irrelevant factors, which affect the strength result singnificantly, such as varieties of hydrate products. By comparison with the Micro-structure Analysis Method which reflects only the characteristics of internal structure of slag at a microscopic level but not the features of surface structure of slag granules, this method is more direct and convenient in application.
