摘 要:研究了TiO_2-Ta_2O_5-Li_2O:Eu^3+体系,当化学通式为Ti_(1-4x-y)Ta_(3x)Li_xO_2:Eu_y^(3+),在0.1≤y≤0.25,0.05<x<0.1范围内,形成连续固溶体,其结构与TiO_2相同,为正交晶系,随着Ta浓度增加,有少量杂相存在。测定了Eu^(3+)离子在室温下的激发光谱和荧光光谱。最强的红区(611.8nm)荧光发射强度与掺杂浓度呈函数变化,当Eu^(3+)浓度为0.2mol时,出现极大值。给出了Eu^(3+)离子低能级图。Continual solid solution, chemical formula Ti_(1-4x-y)Ta_(3x)Li_xO_2: Eu_y^(3+) formed in the range of 0.05<x<0.1, y=0.1,~,0.25 at 1100℃ is studied. In the TiO_2-Ta_2O_5-Li_2O:Eu system Ti_(1-4x-y)Ta_(3x)Li_xO_2:Eu_y^3 has the same structure as the rutile TiO_2 by X-ray powder diffraction method. The excitation and emission spectra of Eu^(3+) ion were measured at room temperature. The fluorescent intensities of the red region (611.8nm) depend on the concentration of Eu^(3+) doped and change as a function of Eu^(3+) concentration. The maximum value of emission intensity for Eu^(3+) occurs when Eu^(3+) concentration is x=0.2mol. The lower energy levels of Eu^(3+) in Ti_(1-4x-y)Ta_(3x)Li_xO_2:Eu_y^(3+) is given.
