摘 要:用化学模拟合成方法证实,在YAlO_3晶体熔料中的碳杂质在缺氧和高温下,与Al_2O_3形成另一类杂质碳化铝(Al_4C_3)。这种碳化铝在晶体生长中引发气泡和光弥散颗粒(<1μm)。研究了熔料碳含量与晶体光弥散的关系。用通过纯化空气流加热除碳法,制备出碳含量为120~200×10^(-8)的熔料,并生长出无气泡和无光弥散区的长度在150mm以上Nd:YAlO_3单晶。It has been proved by the chemical simulation method of synthesis that, under the condition of high temperature and lack of oxygen, carbon impurities react with Al_2O_3 in the calcined materials of YAlO_3 crystal to form another impurities Al_4C_3 which give rise to bubbles and light scattering particles (<1μm). The rclations between the carbon content in the calcined materials of YAlO_3 and light scattering particles in the crystals are studied. The calcined materials of YAlO_3 containing 120 to 200×10^(-6) of carbon which are made up of Y_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 are prepared by heating the purified air flow, and single crystals Nd:YAlO_3 more than 150mm in length, containing no bubbles and light scattering particles, have been grown successfully.
