摘 要:文章根据漏磁检测原理说明内壁端头检测方式无盲区的原因,介绍从钢管内壁对其缺陷进行探伤的钢管漏磁检测装置结构及其工作情况,重点分析了内壁检测方式传感器的类型和结构。研究证明,通过对内、外壁2种检测方法的对比实验,发现内壁检测方式既能消除检测盲区、又具有简单可靠的特点。Based on the principle of the leaky magnetic flux detecting,the method of detecting from the insidewall of the steel tube is introduced,and the reasons why there are no undetected sections by using the method are discussed. The structure of the detecting device and the working procedure of the leaky magnetic flux detecting from the insidewall of the steel tube are analyzed. The type and structure of the sensor in the detecting device are described in detail. The presented method is compared by experiment with the method of detecting from the outsidewall of the steel tube,which shows that the presented method is accurate, simple and reliable and by using this method,there are no undetected sections.
