摘 要:本文通过脉冲反应,在还原态六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19催化剂表面,考察了CH4和CO2的活化及CO2重整过程,提出了甲烷CO2重整制合成气的反应机理.研究表明,在还原态六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19催化剂上,Ni0是CH4和CO2活化解离的活性中心.在CO2重整过程中,六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19对甲烷裂解积炭和二氧化碳消炭反应都有很高的催化活性,二氧化碳的消炭作用促进了甲烷的活化裂解,同时甲烷裂解积炭提高了二氧化碳消炭及活化解离生成CO,两个反应相互促进.In the paper,the activation and dissociation of CH4 and CO2,as well as the reforming reaction between CH4 and CO2,were investigated over the reduced hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst by pulse reaction,and the reaction mechanism of CO2 reforming of methane to syngas was produced.Investigation showed that Ni0 was the active center of activation and dissociation of CH4 and CO2 on the reduced hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst.Hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 exhibited rather high catalytic activity on both deposition carbon of CH4 decomposition and CO2 eliminating carbon during CO2 reforming of methane to syngas.CO2 eliminating carbon promoted CH4 decomposition,and in the meantime,deposition carbon of CH4 decomposition increased the activity of CO2 eliminating carbon to produce CO,the both reactions accelerated each other.
