摘  要:本文通过脉冲反应,在还原态六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19催化剂表面,考察了CH4和CO2的活化及CO2重整过程,提出了甲烷CO2重整制合成气的反应机理.研究表明,在还原态六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19催化剂上,Ni0是CH4和CO2活化解离的活性中心.在CO2重整过程中,六铝酸镧LaNiAl11O19对甲烷裂解积炭和二氧化碳消炭反应都有很高的催化活性,二氧化碳的消炭作用促进了甲烷的活化裂解,同时甲烷裂解积炭提高了二氧化碳消炭及活化解离生成CO,两个反应相互促进.In the paper,the activation and dissociation of CH4 and CO2,as well as the reforming reaction between CH4 and CO2,were investigated over the reduced hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst by pulse reaction,and the reaction mechanism of CO2 reforming of methane to syngas was produced.Investigation showed that Ni0 was the active center of activation and dissociation of CH4 and CO2 on the reduced hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 catalyst.Hexaaluminate LaNiAl11O19 exhibited rather high catalytic activity on both deposition carbon of CH4 decomposition and CO2 eliminating carbon during CO2 reforming of methane to syngas.CO2 eliminating carbon promoted CH4 decomposition,and in the meantime,deposition carbon of CH4 decomposition increased the activity of CO2 eliminating carbon to produce CO,the both reactions accelerated each other.
