摘　　要：文章在分析西方综合性大学学院制管理模式特点的基础上 ,着重阐述了从中得到的一些启示 :一是学院制管理模式在不同国家或不同大学里都有较大的差别 ,并没有统一、固定的模式可以遵循 ;二是各大学发展的不同历史阶段所形成的学院制模式均有着不同的时代特色 ;三是统一的学院制管理模式在历史演化过程中也暴露出了许多弊端 ,在一定程度上足以说明了学院制管理模式并不比学系制或其他管理模式显得更优越 ;四是大学学院制模式能否发挥其预期效益 ,完全取决于学院在大学组织结构中所扮演的角色。最后 。s: On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the college supervising models in western comprehensive universities, the paper expatiates on the enlightenment the author attained: firstly, there are so many differences in college supervising models in different countries and universities, and there is no unified and unchanged model to follow. Secondly, there are many different era characteristics in college supervising models in different universities in their development. Thirdly, the unified college supervising model in its development has its disadvantages, which, to some extent, proves that the college supervising model is less superior than academic model or others. Fourthly, the college supervising model completely depends on the role which the colleges play in the organization of university whether it can exert its benefits. Finally, the passage gives some advice on the problems in carrying out the college supervising model of comprehensive universities in China.
