摘　　要：认真学习领会十六大报告关于“全面建设小康社会”精神 ,深刻理解“重要战略机遇期”这一概念 ,其为经济和建设事业及建设高等教育发展带来的极其难得的发展机遇期 ,必须紧紧抓好各项工作 。Study the spirit of building a well off society in an all-round way in the report to the 16th national congress of the Communist Party of China, acquire a better understanding of the precious period of opportunities for the economy, the construction industry and the higher construction education development, make great efforts to develop the higher construction education.
