摘　　要：目的 探讨麦道可兰不同浓度输液时不良反应发生率。方法 我们将89例脑梗、脑缺血、高血脂患者按应用麦道可兰输液浓度的不同分为二组,高浓度组44例,低浓度组45例。结果 发现麦道可兰高浓度输液组的不良反应发生率明显高于麦道可兰低浓度输液组。结论 不良反应的发生与药物浓度有关。Objective To investigate the incidence of side effects of IKELAN during transfusion in different concentrations. Methods 89 patients suffering from cerebral infarction,cerebral ischemia and hyperlipemia were divided into two groups. The group A of high concentration consisted of 44 cases,and the group B of low concentration 45 cases. Results It showed that the incidence of side effects in group A was obviously higher than that in group B. Conclusion The incidence of side effects of IKELAN is related to the drug concentration.
