摘　　要：目的 保护化疗肿瘤患者的外周静脉,减少反复穿刺带给患者的痛苦,预防和减少化疗所致静脉炎、渗漏性损伤的发生。方法 对60例肿瘤患者应用中心静脉导管(PICC导管),从肘部静脉穿刺,将导管置入至上腔静脉或锁骨上静脉内。结果 应用PICC导管60例,留置时间15～350d,平均147.9d,无并发症发生。结论 PICC导管的应用提高了患者的生存质量。该穿刺技术容易掌握,穿刺成功率高,中心静脉导管留置时间长而安全。Objective To develop a better treatment method so as to improve the quality of life, protect peripheral-veins and alleviate pain from repeated puncture, prevent and decrease the occurrence of phlebitis and leakage injury, and improve the quality of nursing. Methods PICC catheter was used in 60 tumor patients through the peripheral veins. The puncture site was cubital fossa vein. The end of the PICC catheter was finally indwelled in the superior vena cava or inside the collarbone superior vena. Results PICC catheter was kept in the peripheral veins for 15 to 350 days, with a mean of 147. 9 days. Conclusion Use of PICC catheter improved the life quality of the patients and promoted the community nursing. In addition, puncture procedure is easy to follow, centesis is safe to operate and retention time is longer with fewer complications.
