摘　　要：为探讨人工股骨头置换术后翻修术的护理经验,对1993年3月至2000年7月48例人工股骨头置换术后患者全髋关节翻修术的护理体会进行总结。认为:人工股骨头置换术后翻修术的护理关键在于“三防两加强”,即加强护士的理论学习、加强心理护理,防髋关节脱位、防静脉血栓形成、防褥疮及肺部感染的发生。Objective To sum up the experience of nursing patients with revision after femoral head replacement. The data about the experience of nursing of forty-eight patients with total hip joint revision after primary femoral head replacement from March 1993 to July 2000 were collected and summarized. All patients were nursed successfully through careful preoperative and postoperative nursing. The key points of nursing patients with revision after femoral head replacement include reinforcing the study of nursing theory and psychological nursing, and preventing dislocation of hip joint, formation of venous thrombosis, bedsore and pulmonary infection.
