摘　　要：根据门诊管理工作的特殊性 ,作者结合十几年的工作实践 ,详细介绍了门诊管理工作中的五个重要环节 ;即 :建立良性机制 ;强化质量管理 ;营造学习氛围 ;抵制不正之风 ;人员结构稳定。从这五个环节上去优化护理管理 ,将会大大提高门诊护理质量。According to the characteristics of the administration of the outpatient service, the author introduced five links in administration with over ten years' experience. That is, setting up the beneficial mechanism, strengthening the quality administration, building up the atmosphere of learning, preventing the unhealthy social trends, stable staff team. Improving the nursing administration from those five links will improving nursing quality dramatically.
