摘　　要：图书馆在线服务是图书馆借助因特网提供服务的一种服务方式 ,具有自己独特的服务内容 ,其评价标准从信息的服务内容。其服务技术及工作态度综合考虑 ,提高用户的满意度。Library service on line is a service method that library supplies service by Internet. It has its own service content .
