摘 要:基于大量城市灯光景观设计和建设实践 ,提出城市灯光景观建设的若干基础理论问题 ,界定包括城市灯光景观与环境的科学定义、学科属性和基本规划原则 ;城市灯光环境规划体系 ;数字化描述与系统工程学研究方法 ;广义光污染理论与测定 ;灯光环境评价体系与交互式设计方法及新的城市道路照明设计理念与标准 .This paper revealed several fundamental theoretical problems about urban light landscapes (ULL) and urban light environment (ULE) development witch caused by a lot of practices for creating perfect light landscapes in China. The problems covered essential aspects of ULL and ULE development such as: the scientific definition of ULL and ULE, subject attributes and essential planning (principles); the planning system of ULL and ULE; numerical expression and systematic engineering researching methods; the theory of generalized light pollution; assessment system for light landscapes and interactive designing; new design conceptions and standards about street illumination. The article then discussed the guidance significance of the theoretical problems to ULL and ULE development in China and also defined the connotation and extension of the problems.
