影响母乳喂养因素的多变量分析

摘　　要：用随访研究的方法观察了545名乳母产后6个月内的母乳喂养情况,婴儿满4个月及6个月完全母乳喂养率分别为25.87％和20.18％,分年度6个月母乳喂养率呈下降趋势。多维列联表的对数线性模型分析结果提示,母亲分娩年龄大于28岁、职业为脑力劳动者、孕产后食欲差、孕期患重病、婴儿为早产、母乳量不足均是非母乳喂养的危险因素(OR>1),这些因素之间尚存在某些交互作用效应。A study of breast-feeding in 545 infants with age of 0-6 months by follow up study was reported. The rate of complete breast-feeding of the infants for 4 months (120 days) and for 6 months (160 days) were 25.87% and 20.18% respectively. The rat of complete breast-feeding of the infants for 6 months treaded to come down annually. The results of log-linear model analysis showed it is the risk factors of non-breast-feeding that mother's labor age is greater than 28 years, mother's profession is mental work, poor appetite in pregnancy and lactation period, severe illness in pregnancy period, premature delivery, poor amount of breast milk (OR>1). There are some effcts of interaction among the factors.
