摘　　要：提出了利用数字化示波器的测量功能快速确定冲击试验电压波形参数的方法。讨论和评估了该方法对实际测量结果的影响 。This paper introduces the method of fast determination of waveform parameters of voltage of impulse test by the measurement functions of digital oscilloscope. The effect of this method for real measuring results is discussed and estimated. It is proved that this method is useful
