摘  要:用 ANSYS有限元软件分析计算了一种真空灭弧室外表面的电场强度 ,给出了不同绝缘介质时的电场强度数值及分布曲线。分析结果表明In the design of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, the surface insulation outside of the vacuum interrupter is one of the key problem, so it is greatly helpful for the design of vacuum circuit breaker to analyze the distribution and to calculate the accurate value of the electric field intensity of the vacuum interrupters exterior surface. In this paper, the exterior surface electric fields have been analyzed and calculated for a special vacuum circuit breaker using finite element method(FEM). As an example, the electric fields contour and every nodes value are provided in the results, and these are benefit for the practical design.
