摘　　要：本文探讨了全金融的基本概念,指出了全金融运作模式和全金融产品的基本特征。作者认为,全金融具有目前任何金融混业经营运作模式或单个金融机构所不具备的强大金融功能,是世界金融未来的新形态;全金融运作模式是世界金融未来的主导运作模式;全金融产品是全金融运作模式生存和发展的微观基础,是世界金融未来的主导产品形式。The paper explores the concept of allfinanz, outlines the fu nd amental characters of allfinanz operation pattern and allfinanz products. The au thor believes that allfinanz has some powerful functions superior to any of the current financial mixture operation model and unique financial institution,and a llfinanz is new form of futural global finance.Allfinanz operation model is the leading operation pattern in global finance in the future. Allfinanz products is the micro-foundation for the existence and development of allfinanz operation pattern, and the leading financial product form in global finance in the future .
