摘　　要：在曲面的机械电解抛光中刚性磨头很难根据曲面形状自动适应从而影响了抛光质量。作者研制了弹性研磨片,在抛光过程中,提高了对曲面的吻合能力。文中叙述了弹性研磨片的生成原理、制造技术及试验结果。As the traditional rigid polishing tool cannot adapt to the curved surface,it is difficult in the electrolytic pol-ishing for gaining an excellent surface.The soft abrasive slices are made which can improve the coincidence to the curved surface.The theory and making method of the slices are introduced and studied,and the ef-fects of the slices are tested.
