摘  要:目的 :探讨用聚合酶链反应 -微孔板杂交法 (PCR -MPH)对解脲脲原体 (UU)感染的检测 ,并分析药敏情况。方法 :将取自 4 96例泌尿生殖道感染患者的标本利用法国生物梅里埃公司的MycoplasmaIST培养基进行培养检测及药敏试验 ,对其中 2 12例标本同时进行PCR -MPH法检测。结果 :PCR -MPH法阳性检出率为 90 / 2 12 (42 .5 % ) ,培养法为 78/ 2 12(36 .8% ) ;二者符合率为 90 .6 % ;PCR -MPH法的特异性与灵敏度分别 88.1%、94 .9%。 4 96例标本培养结果 ,女性阳性率10 1/ 2 2 6 (44 .7% ) ,男性 6 4 / 2 70 (2 3.7% ) ,二者有显著性差异 (χ2 =2 4 .4 1,P <0 .0 1) ;药敏结果显示 :敏感率原始霉素 99.4 %、强力霉素 91.5 %、交沙霉素 89.7%、四环素 80 .0 %、红霉素 4 9.7%、氧氟沙星 2 5 .5 %。结论 :PCR -MPH作为一种快速、灵敏、特异的新方法 ,可在临床实验室诊断中推广应用 ;女性患者UU的检出率较男性高 ,应引起重视 ;合理使用抗生素 ,对治疗UU感染十分重要。Objective: To evaluate the detection of ureaplasma urealyticum(UU) with PCR-microplate hybridization (PCR-MPH) and culture,and analyze drug resistant activities. Methods: 496 samples were cultured and drug resistant activities analyzed by Bio-Merieux Mycoplasma-IST,and 212 samples of them were determined by PCR-MPH. Results: The positive rates of PCR-MPH and culture were determined to be 90/212(42.5%) and 78/212(36.8%),respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of PCR-MPH were 88.1% and 99.4%,respectively.The positive rates of females and males with culture were 101/226(44.7%) and 64/270(23.7%),respectively.There was significant difference between them(χ 2=24.41,P <0.01).The susceptibility rates of PRI,DOX,JOS,TET,ERY and OFL were 99.4%,91.5%,89.7%,80.0%,49.7% and 25.5%,respectively. Conclusion: PCR-MPH is rapid,sensitive,specific,and is of value in clinical diagnosis and therapy.Higher positive rate of the infected females should be paid attention to.It is very important to select antibiotics correctly for infections of the patients according to results of UU susceptibility tests.
