摘 要:为实现薄膜的恒线速度卷取,采用转速和张力的闭环控制,具体实现为在卷取转速调节过程中加入张力调节的影响,通过变频调速使卷取转速同步跟踪牵引转速。在异步电动机数学模型的基础上,绘制出塑料薄膜牵引电机或卷取电机变频矢量速度控制图。在此基础上构成由计算机、PLC及变频器等组成的硬件系统,计算机和PLC及PLC和变频器通过串口或通信模块直接连接,同时介绍了软件设计思想;阐述了PC机和PLC之间以及PLC和变频器之间通信的通信协议,提出了PLC程序的组成。In order to carry out the constant line speed for the rolling of the plastic film, the closed loop control for the rotate speed and the tension is adopted, which is to put the effect of the tension into the speed adjustment. By flux vector control let the rolling asynchronous motor tail after the traction asynchronous motor. On the basis of the mathematic model of asynchronous motors, the drawing of the flux vector control of the rolling asynchronous motor and the traction asynchronous motor is composed. On such basis, the composition of the hardware such as a computer, a programmable logical controller and two converters and the thoughts of the design of software are introduced. It is expatiated on the communication protocols of the transmission between PC and PLC ,and between PLC and the transducers. The composition of the PLC program software is pointed out.
