摘  要:目的 :研究竹节香附中三萜类成分的抗肿瘤活性。方法 :从常用中药竹节香附中提取出总皂苷 ,主要成分是齐墩果酸型三萜皂苷。总皂苷碱水解切断C 2 8位苷键 ,水解后的皂苷混合物经薄层色谱检测 ,主要成分是齐墩果酸、皂苷R0 ,RⅡ和RⅢ四个化合物。对此混合物、RⅡ和RⅢ分别作体外细胞药效试验 ,采用的细胞株为SMMC 772 1,Hela和L92 9。结果 :3种细胞的IC50 数值大小顺序均为 :混合物 <RⅡ <RⅢ ,随着糖链增长 ,活性降低 ,并且差值基本相等。结论 :竹节香附中三萜类成分抗肿瘤活性强弱存在规律性 ,且混合物的活性总是比单一化合物强 ,说明存在协同作用。Objective:To study the anticancer effects of the triterpenes extracted from Anemone raddeana Regel.Methods:The main constituents of the total saponins extracted from Anemone raddeana Regel were oleanolic acid-type triterpenoid saponins.The total saponins were degraded by alkaline hydrolysis at C-28 and gave the hydrolysis mixture.Oleanolic acid,R0,RⅡ and RⅢ were the main constituents of the hydrolysis mixture by silicon TLC.The hydrolysis mixture,RⅡ, RⅢ were tested for anticancer activities upon three kinds of tumor cells,SMMC-7721, HeLa and L929.Results:Depending on the data of IC 50 ,the effective inhibition sequence was mixture <RⅡ<RⅢ,and the inhibitory activity differences among the mixture,RⅡ and RⅢ were nearly the same. Conclusion :There exists some regularity and synergic effect among the three constituents,a compound with a longer sugar chain is lower effective,and the mixture is the most effective.
