摘 要:采用二次回归组合设计的最优混合设计(311设计),建立了三十栽培因子对纤维品质影响的回归模型,即纤维品质(Y)与播期(X_1)、密度(X_2)、施氮量(X_3)的回归方程:Y=3.9295+0.21708X_1+0.056394X_2-0.3954X_3-0.20319X_1~2+0.27002X_2~2+0.212949X_3~2+0.27276X_1X_2-0.1787X_1X_3-0.0508X_2X_3,并提出了获得优质的最佳模式,即播期为4月23日,密度为1600株/667m^2,施纯N22kg/667m^2。其中施氮量是影响纤维长度、比强度、黄度最显著的栽培因子,播期是影响麦克隆值最显著的栽培因子,密度是影响伸长率最显著的栽培因子。By using non- Linear regression orthogonal combinalion design (the optimum mix design) ,the effects of cultural factors on fiber quality of different fruiting nodes were analyzed, The regression model between cultivation factors and fiber quality was established. The regression model between fiber quality (Y), sowing date (X1), planting density (X2), N application rate (X3) was as below. Y= 3.929 5 + 0.217 08X1 +0.056 394X2 - 0. 395 4X3 - 0. 203 19X12 + 0.270 02X22 + 0.212 949X32 - 0.272 76X1 X2 - 0.178 7 X1X3 - 0.050 8X2X3, the model that highest fiber quality can be obtained is sowing at April 23th, 24 000 planls/hm2, dressing N 330kg/hm2. N application rale is one of significant cultural factors that affects the fiber length and strength; Sowing time is a significant cultural factor that affects the micron-aire;The density is a significant cultural factors that affects elongation rate.
