摘  要:用微卫星引物PCR扩增方法,对河南棉花、烟草和番茄上的棉铃虫种群进行DNA多态性分析。结果表明:所选三条引物对研究的棉铃虫种群扩增的DNA多态性明显;棉铃虫在寄主植物烟草和番茄上的种群亲缘关系很近,二者与寄主植物棉花上的种群的亲缘关系较远。最后从棉铃虫与其寄主植物的关系方面探讨了棉铃虫防治中应该注意的问题。The DNA polymorphisms of cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa armigera) populations on cotton, tobacco and tomato in Henan province were studied using microsatellite primers. The results showed that there were DNA polymorphisms for all cotton bollworm populations when the three primers selected were used to amplify the genome of cotton bollworm; The populations of cotton bollworm on tobacco and tomato were closely related and those between them and cotton were distant. Finally, some questions in controlling cotton bollworm were discussed from the relationship of cotton bollworm and its host plants. 
