除草剂阿特拉津与扑草净混用增效作用研究

摘　　要：以稗草为试材,采用微区培养法测定了阿特拉津和扑草净混用联合毒力。结果表明,扑草净与阿特拉津混用有增效作用,混用最大共毒系数(CTC)为223.94,最佳配比9∶16。同时探讨了除草剂混用试验方法的选择及最佳配方的确定等问题。The study determined the synergism evaluation of Echinochloa crusgalli by using the mix-ture of prometryn and atrazine,used mini-plot experimented method.The results showed there were synegism between prometryn and atrazine on Echinochloa crusgalli.The maximun of cotoxicity coeff-cient was223.94,and optimal mixtrue ratio was about 9∶16.The problems about choosing espermental method and determining final optimun prescription in using mixture of herbicides were probed.
