摘　　要：研究了步进式水稻钵苗摆植机总体设计方案 ,分析了送秧机构的工作原理 ,对送秧机构的齿距、齿高、转速、曲柄、摇杆等结构参数进行了确定。理论分析和台架实验表明 ,步进式水稻钵苗摆植机送秧机构结构简单 ,工作可靠 。In order to improve the performance of a step driving, tray grown rice seedling transplanter and its transplanting effect, the general scheme of the transplanter, working principle, transplanting mechanism, the seedling positioning and auto sequencing mechanism were theoretically analyzed. The results of analysis and field experiments approved that the new designed transplanter was reliable and efficient.
