摘　　要：介绍了适合于多品种、小批量农业机械生产的基于快速成型的金属树脂模具快速制造技术 ,包括金属树脂模具材料的研究 ,金属树脂模具快速制造过程。The paper introduces the rapid prototype (RP) production technology of metal resin dies applied to the production of farm machinery in small amount. The technologies include the principle of rapid prototype; the components burden and their comparative tests used in transforming original device into 'metal resin' die; the proper burdens of lower melt point plastic dies and plate drawing dies in hardness, wearability, drawing strength and line swell factor were developed. Then the making process of metal dies on RP technology, the major procedure such as designing and making original devices, treating the surface of original device, choice of different type surface as well as teeming of convex and concave dies were also presented in the paper. Finally, the characteristics regarding the rapid producing methods of dies were analysed and evaluated.
