摘 要:通过杂交将转bar基因水稻亲本 (Gulfmont、BengalHu -10和CypressPB -6)中的bar基因转移到恢复系测 64、明恢 63和特青中 ,培育出 6个抗除草剂 (Liberty)的同型恢复系测 64 -B(G)、测 64 -B(C)、特青 -B(B)、特青 -B(C)、明恢 63 -B(G)和明恢 63 -B(C)。抗除草剂同型恢复系的大部分生理性状和主要农艺性状与原恢复系接近。将同型恢复系与不育系杂交 ,选配出 8个抗除草剂三系杂交组合和 2个抗除草剂两系杂交组合 ,抗除草剂组合能保持或略高于原组合的产量水平。Six Liberty resistant restorer lines [Ce 64-B(G)?Ce 64-B(C)?Teqing-B(B)?Teqing-B(C)?Minghui 63-B(G)?Minghui 63-B (C)] have been developed through transferring the herbicide (Liberty) resistant bar gene from bar transgenic rices (Gulfmont, Bengal Hu-10 and Cypress PB-6) to restorer lines (Ce 64, Teqing, Minghui 63) by way of crossing breeding. Most of the physiological and agronomic characters of the homotypic herbicide resistant restorer lines were similar to those of their corresponding original restorer lines. After crossing the homotypic restorer lines with male sterile lines, eight Liberty resistant three line combinations and two Liberty resistant two line combinations were developed and they showed a similar or higher yield level compared with their corresponding original non liberty resistant combinations. The purity problem resulted from hybrid rice seed production could be solved through this technology.
