摘　　要：定限内可靠度下限的分析,是航空、航天产品可靠评估的内容之一,基于正态分布函数计算和自适应数值积分基础上,提出了正态分布产品定限内可靠度下限分析的快速计算方法,摆脱了通过表和插值计算的繁琐过程,具有计算精度高、快速和准确的特点,便于工程实际应用。Lower confidence limit of normal probability with specified limits is required in reliability analysis for aeronautics and astronautics industry. Based on calculation of normal distribution function and self-adaptation numerical integral, A quickly calculation method of lower confidence limit of normal probability with specified limits is presented in this paper. Compared with traditional look-up table and interpolation calculation method, high precision and quick calculation are realized. The proposed method is easily used in reliability analysis.
