摘　　要：论述 4 0MnB调质齿轮弯曲疲劳强度的试验研究。短寿命区采用 4级恒定应力水平的成组试验法 ,长寿命区采用应力升降法。拟合出完整的C -R -S -N曲线 ,并获得置信度为 95 %。This paper deals with the experimental investigation on the gear-tooth bending fatigue strength for quenched and tempered steel 40MnB with the methods of test in short fatigue life and up-down test in long fatigue life, the C-R-S-N curve and the bending fatigue limit stress with the confidence of 95% and the reliability of 99% were obtained.
