摘  要:通过对不同等级低幅载荷对某汽车前轴疲劳强度影响的试验研究 ,证实一定范围内的低幅载荷对结构件的强化效果确实存在 ,并且是比较显著的。在物理试验结果的基础上 ,通过数值试验和正交多项式回归的方法 ,得到该前轴在低幅交变载荷作用下的三维强化曲面方程。这为正确评估该前轴使用中的强度变化规律提供了理论和技术依据 ,为建立基于使用载荷和结构疲劳强度特征的结构轻量化设计理论与方法进行了有益的探索。The effect of low amplitude loading on fatigue strength of truck front axles is investigated. A marked strengthening effect formed by low amplitude loads within certain range has been found. Based on physical tests on truck front axles, the three-dimension strengthening surface equation is derived by means of numerical test combining with ortho-polynominal regression. This equation can provide some theoretical and technical supports for correctly evaluating strength variation under servicing condition. A new method of weight reducing designing based on distributional features of servicing loads and strengthening properties of structures can be put forward through deep researching on the strengthening surface equation.
