干熄焦除尘技术在济钢的应用

摘　　要：济钢干熄焦工程采用陶瓷多管除尘器和湿凝聚式除尘器组合的水膜除尘技术 ,经合理设计 ,达到了同时去除烟尘和烟气中二氧化硫的目的 ,除尘效率达到 98% ,气体排放低于国家标准 ,年创效益 2 5 .69万元。The water-membrane dedusting technology composed of ceramic multicyclone dust collector and wet coagulating dust collector was adopted in CDQ engineering at Jigang. By reasonably designing, the purpose of getting rid of smoke dust and sulfur dioxide in the flue gas was achieved. The practices showed that the dedusting efficiency reaches to 98%, the quality of gas emission is lower than state standard and the annual benefit is 256.9 thousand Yuan.
