摘　　要：济钢技术监督处在开展车间管理达标工作过程中 ,以技术创新、工序控制为突破 ,加强基础管理 ,走制度化道路 ,使一级班组率由 4.76%提高到 3 9.7% ,车间达标率达到了 5 0 % ,全面提高了管理水平。During the procedure of developing workshop management reaching target, the technical supervision department of Jigang takes the technical innovation and controlling of process step as breakthrough, strengthens basic management, goes the way of system, then the first grade rate of workshop is increased from 4.76% to 39.7%, the rate of reaching target of workshop is 50% and the management level is improved comprehensively.
