摘　　要：在分析企业质量现状及存在问题的基础上 ,介绍了济钢采取的培养质量意识、实施精品战略、将质量管理贯穿于企业经营的全过程、制定并实施质量攻关和质量改进计划、应用以统计技术为主的现代质量管理方法等提升企业质量管理水平的主要措施 ,以及取得的良好效果。On the basis of analyzing the actuality of enterprise's quality management and existed problems, introduces the main measures of improving quality management level such as training quality consciousness, carrying out choice goods strategy, running quality management through the whole procedure of the enterprise's management, establishing and carrying out quality tackle key problem and quality modified plan, utilizing modern quality management method which take the statistic technique as the most etc. and the good effect has been obtained.
