摘　　要：从我国传统仪器设备的管理方式入手,指出其“库房式”、“静态式”、“重物轻人式”的管理思路已跟不上社会的发展趋势。提出了仪器设备管理的新型管理理念:即“工作过程管理”、“动态管理”、“重人轻物式管理”以解决传统管理中存在的不足,并提出具体实施过程中需要注意的几个问题供大家参考。This article begins with China' s traditional ways of managing instruments and equipment, pointing out that some of them, such as 'storeroom mode of management' , 'static mode of management' and 'the mode of management with stress on things to the neglect of people' ,are umable to keep abreast of the deveoping society. Also,it advances some new ideas of how to manage instruments and equipment,i.e. 'wording-process management' , 'dynamic mode of management' and 'the mode of management with stress on peopoe instead of on things' ,aiming to solve those problem in the traditional management. In additional suggests several problems needing attention durin g implementation for reference.
