摘　　要：根据相似原理 ,采用水模实验方法 ,以优化LBE转炉吹炼工艺为目的 ,研究了影响熔池搅拌的各工艺参数 ,主要包括顶枪枪位、底吹位置布置方案、底吹气体流量。Aiming at the optimization of blowing process and based on similarity theory, water model studies were carried out to investigate the influences of lance level, bottom blowing tuyeres position, bottom blowing rates and top blowing rates on the mixing time of a steelmaking LBE converter. Quantitative relationships between mixing time and blow parameters and the optimum blowing combinations are obtained.
