摘　　要：随着我国公路建设的快速发展和加入WTO后我国建筑市场的全面对外开放 ,公路工程造价管理日益暴露出在管理方法上的问题与落后 ,为了适应社会经济发展和造价管理的国际化 ,应采取积极有效的措施 ,实现我国目前靠统一定额的管理体制向国际化的市场经济的企业自主工程造价管理体制的转变。With the rapid development of highway construction in China and the full-scale opening of China's construction market,the cost management of highway engineering shows its problems and backwardness.To adapt to the economic development and the internationalization of cost management,active and effective measures should be taken so that we can shift from the same assignment system to the system of enterprise centred cost management,which is of internationalized market economy.
