电动车VRLA电池故障现象与寿命关系的研究

摘　　要：我国电动自行车产业在使用阀控式密封铅酸 ( VRL A)蓄电池以后 ,电池的非正常失效问题 ,严重的制约着电动车辆的大规模发展 ,也影响了 VRL A电池在电动车领域的大规模使用。根据大量现场试验 ,文中对造成电动车 VRL A电池非正常失效的故障类型、发生的条件、故障与电池寿命的相关性、预防和解决的措施作重点阐述。Since the VRLA battery was used in the elec bicycle industry in China, the abnormal failure of the battery has been affecting heavily the scaled development of the elec bicycle and the wide application of the VRLA battery in the industry either. From a great deal of the field experiments, the paper expatiates on the failure types and occurrence conditions of the VRLA battery, the relativity of the failure and its lifespan, the prevention and solutions of the failure.
