摘　　要：目的通过检测子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis EMT)患者血清和腹腔液中CA125值,探讨EMT与体液中CA125关系,寻找一种EMT诊断与治疗监测的指标。方法收集腹腔镜确诊为EMT患者30例,据病情分为二组:Ⅰ～Ⅱ期为Ⅰ组共11例,Ⅲ～Ⅳ期19例为Ⅱ组。收集同期以腹腔镜检查确诊为与EMT无关病例16例,作为对照组。采用电化学发光法测定CA125值。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组差异无显著性(P>0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组相比差异有显著性(P<0.05);Ⅰ组与Ⅲ组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 CA125与细胞活性有关,监测腹水CA125不但可以早期发现EMT,还可以作为判断病灶活性及治疗效果的一种简单、易行、创伤小、诊断率高的手段。Objective To find out a certain indication which can be used to diagnose and care Endometriosis (EOT), study the relation-ship between EMT and the level of CA125 in fluid through monitoring the level of CA125 in serum and peritoned fluid in EMT patients.Methods 30 patients with EMT verifed by laparoscopic were divded into two groups: The Ⅰ- Ⅱ stage patients (11 case) were the first group , the Ⅲ-Ⅳ stage patients were the seeneond group. In addition, 16 patients without EMT were the third group as the controls.The level of CA12S was de-termined by electroehmilumineseenee. Results There is no differernee between the first group and the sencond group (P>0.06), However be-ween the fist group and the third goup and belween the second group and the third group.the results show a maked difference (P < 0.05) .Conclusions The level of the CA125 is assoniated with cellular aeivhy. Monitoning of the CA125 level is not only used to diagnose EMT early , but also a simple, easy and high diagnosis rate management to judge the disease activity and therapeutic efficaey.
