摘　　要：介绍了针灸戒毒在国内外发展的近况,包括针灸戒毒的疗效、选穴依据、影响疗效的因素、针灸戒毒的机理研究、针灸对吸毒者的心理调节以及发展趋势的展望。在目前尚无特效戒毒疗法的情况下,针灸作为一种戒毒的辅助疗法深受欢迎。目前针灸作为一种独立治疗手段用于戒毒的报道还很少,主要是用于戒毒期症状的处理,而非常剧烈的症状仍需药物处理。从尿检转阴的情况来看,针灸的脱毒作用是肯定的。Recent development of acupuncture abstinence at home and abroad was introduced, including therapeutic effects, basis of acupoint selection, causes influencing therapeutic effects, and the mechanism for acupuncture abstinence, and mental regulation of acupuncture on narcotics, and trend of the development in acupuncture abstinence. At the present, acupuncture and moxibustion are less used as simple treatment method for abstinence, and it is mainly used for treatment of symptoms at the stage of abstinence, but very severe symptoms need still medical treatment. Acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite action on the withdrawal syndrome and it is popular as an adjuvant therapy of abstinence.
