摘　　要：目的:在保留传统药物拔罐特点的基础上,研制新型药物拔罐,以增加药物透入和方便使用。方法:制作自拔双层药罐,观察不同拔罐压力区药物透入情况。药罐带药液塑封包装,微波炉加热后使用。结果:新型药罐使药物透入增加;自拔药罐能够产生拔罐时所需的负压;带药液塑封包装的药罐微波炉加热后,能产生与煮沸药罐相同的温热作用。结论:自拔双层药罐设计合理,能使药物透入增加,方便使用和携带。Objective To develop a new type pi medicinal cup based on traditional medicinal cupping therapy for increasing medicinal penetration and convenient application. Methods An auto-cupping double-deck medical cup was developed, and the medicinal penetration into tissues at different cupping pressure areas was investigated. And the medicinal cup with Chinese medicine liquid was sealed up by plastic film and used after heating by microwave stove. Results The auto-cupping double-deck medicinal cup could increase the medicinal penetration into the tissue, and produce the necessary negative pressure. The cup sealed by plastic film after heating by microwave stove could produce the same warm-heat effect as boiled medicinal cup. Conclusion The design of the cup is resonable and it can increase the medicinal penetration, with convenient application and carrying.
