摘　　要：目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺部疾病 (简称慢阻肺 ,COPD)CD4 +T淋巴细胞亚群 (Th1细胞及Th2细胞 )变化及临床意义。方法用MK3 多功能酶标仪检测 30例对照组 ,30例老年COPD急性加重期患者和其中的 2 2例缓解期患者血浆中反映Th1细胞的r干扰素 (IFN r)的水平及反映Th2细胞的白细胞介素 4 (IL 4 )的水平。结果老年COPD患者急性期IFN r明显降低 ,缓解期升高 ;老年COPD患者急性期IL 4明显升高 ,缓解期降低。与对照组比较有统计学差异。结论老年COPD患者急性期存在Th1Objective To study the blance disorder and clinical significance of Th1/Th2 during the plasma of the old sick with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods To use enzyme-sign instrument of multiple function-MK3 to inspect the levels of IFN-r representing Th1 and IL-4 representing Th2 in the plasma from 30 healthy subjects, 30 patients with acute exacerbation COPD and 22 patients with stable COPD. Results The plasma level of IL-4 increased significantly in acute exacerbation COPD and decreased in stable COPD. The plasma level of the acute exacerbation COPD and both the levels of stable COPD and the healthy subjects were significantly different. Conclusion The Th1/Th2 in the plasma from the old patients with COPD existed balance disorder.
