维生素D与免疫功能关系分析

摘　　要：目的 :研究 Vit D与免疫功能之间的关系。方法 :通过对 33例反复呼吸道感染患儿血清 2 5 -( OH) D3 的水平、T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白及钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶等进行研究对比。结果 :患儿 2 5 - ( OH) D3 、T细胞亚群、及 Ig G较正常对照组显著降低 ( P>0 .0 5 )。患儿经补充 Vit D3 2 0～ 40万 u1个月后 ,随着 2 5 -( OH) D3 水平的升高 ,T细胞亚群明显升高 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,Ig G、Ig A、Ig M及钙、磷、碱性磷酸酶无明显改变 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :Vit D缺乏导致免疫功能损伤进而导致反复呼吸道感染要比导致 Vit D缺乏性佝偻病发生的要早 。Objective:The levels of serum 25 (OH)D 3,T lymphocyte subpopulations,IgG,IgA,IgM,Ca,P and AKP in 33 child patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection (RRTI) were tested.Results:The cbtained data indicated that the levels of serum 25 (OH)D 3,T lymphocyte subpopulation and IgG in the child patients were lower than those in healthy children ( P <0 01).There were no differences in the levels of Ca,P,AKP,IgA and IgM between them ( P >0 05).After child patients were treated with Vit D 3 (200-400)×10 3u,the level of serum 25 (OH) D 3 increased,the T lymphocyte subpopulations recovered in different degrees (P<0 01),but humoral immune function and concentrations of serum Ca,P,AKP had no obvious change ( P >0 05).Conclusion:The effect of Vit D 3 on the immune function of child patients is earlier and more sensitive than that on Ca and P metabolism.
