疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在巨大腹股沟疝中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :观察用聚丙烯锥形网塞、网片行巨大疝修补术的效果。方法 :选取内环大于 3cm的腹股沟疝 68例 ,分为 2组 :一组 32例行充填式无张力疝修补术 ,另一组 36例行传统手术方法。结果 :充填式组出现复发 1例 ;传统组出现复发 8例 ,两组比较有显著性差异。结论 :巨大腹股沟疝应用填充式可明显降低复发率。Objective:To observe the effects of mesh plug tension free hernioplasty on huge inguinal hernia.Methods:sixty eight cases whose diameter of internal ring of hernia was longer than 3 cm were selected and divided into two groups,group one including 32 cases treated by using mesh plug tension free herniopasty,and group two including 36 cases treated by using traditional methods.Result:Eight cases recurred in the traditional group and 1 case recurred in the tension free group.There was an outstanding difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The application of tension free repairment to huge hernia could greatly reduce recurrent rate.
