摘 要:基于一般壳体理论和Reddy型剪切精化理论 ,发展出适用于充气轮胎自由振动分析的曲面壳模型 .为获得近似解 ,用Bezier函数描述分片的轮胎几何形状和位移场 ,应用Ritz法构造轮胎的内力、变形从而获得充气轮胎在自由状态下的固有频率特性 ;讨论了充气压力对轮胎自由振动的影响 .与有限元数值解和试验值综合比较表明 ,当前方法的计算结果不仅精确可靠 ,而且大大节省计算量 .A Doubly-Curved Shell Model is presented to analyze free vibrations of pneumatic radial tires based on the general shell theory and Reddy type refined theory with higher-order shear deformation. Tire geometry and displacement fields are modelled by piece-wise Bezier polynomials to obtain an approximate solution. Then, the Ritz procedure is employed to obtain approximations of natural frequencies of the pneumatic tire. Effect of pneumatic pressures on the free vibration characteristics of the tire is discussed. It is showed that the present piece-wise tire model is not only accurate and valid, but also can save a huge amount of CPU time through comparison among the present results, FEM results and experiment data.
